Contact form submissions

When you submit a contact form on this website, we collect your name, email address, and message. This data is transmitted via Web3Forms and used solely to respond to your enquiry. Legal basis: legitimate interest and pre-contractual communication (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)(f)). Retention: until the request is resolved, maximum 2 years.

Analytics — Google Analytics 4

With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) to collect anonymised usage data, including pages visited, session duration, approximate geographic location (country/city level), and device/browser type. IP addresses are anonymised before storage. Legal basis: consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). Retained for 14 months (Google Analytics default).

Behaviour analytics — Microsoft Clarity

With your consent, we use Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation) to record anonymised user sessions and generate heatmaps for UX improvement purposes. No personally identifiable information is stored by Clarity. Legal basis: consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). Retained for 90 days.

Social media feed — Tagembed

With your consent, this website embeds a social media feed using Tagembed. We do not collect personal data through this embed ourselves; however, Tagembed and the underlying social platforms may set their own cookies and collect data subject to their own privacy policies. Legal basis: consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).
