2. What data we collect and why

Contact form submissions

When you submit a contact form on this website, we collect your name, email address, and message. This data is transmitted via Web3Forms and used solely to respond to your enquiry. Legal basis: legitimate interest and pre-contractual communication (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)(f)). Retention: until the request is resolved, maximum 2 years.

Analytics — Google Analytics 4

With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) to collect anonymised usage data, including pages visited, session duration, approximate geographic location (country/city level), and device/browser type. IP addresses are anonymised before storage. Legal basis: consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). Retained for 14 months (Google Analytics default).

Behaviour analytics — Microsoft Clarity

With your consent, we use Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation) to record anonymised user sessions and generate heatmaps for UX improvement purposes. No personally identifiable information is stored by Clarity. Legal basis: consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). Retained for 90 days.

News section — LinkedIn posts

The "Latest news" section shows selected posts from our LinkedIn company page. The post text and images are stored on our own server; this website does not load any LinkedIn script, cookie or tracker to display them. The "View on LinkedIn" link takes you to linkedin.com, where LinkedIn's own privacy policy applies.

We use the following cookies and browser storage:

• sc_consent — localStorage key. Stores your cookie consent choice for skycorp.tech (JSON with choice and timestamp). This is not a cookie and is never sent to any server. Cleared when you clear browser storage or use the button below.
• _ga, _ga_* — Google Analytics cookies. Set only after consent. Lifespan: 2 years / 1 year.
• _clck, _clsk — Microsoft Clarity cookies. Set only after consent. Lifespan: 1 year / 1 day.

4. Third-party processors and data transfers

Some processing takes place outside the EU/EEA. We rely on the following safeguards:

• Google LLC (USA) — Google Analytics 4. Transfer safeguard: EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC).
• Microsoft Corporation (USA) — Microsoft Clarity. Transfer safeguard: EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC).
• Web3Forms — form submission relay. Operated within EU jurisdiction.
